Day 63 - Red Creek City Bridge

It's Day 63. Today I'm painting Red Creek at City Bridge. I have had several people ask if I can see improvements in painting. The answer is Yes! I'm definitely painting more! Practice always helps. I'm drawing and painting faster, and things are not as tight or controlled. I'm thinking more about composition which is great.  Of course, some paintings are more successful than others, and there is usually a direct correlation with success and how rested or relaxed I am. When I begin painting at 9 or 10pm after I've worked all day and have work the next day - I'm human. I struggle. Sometimes the painting suffers, but I then I just remind myself that this is my choice. I can always go back to it and make adjustments later. The important thing is that is I'm painting.
